What to include
When writing to us about hiring the hall, please try to tell us:
- The date (or range of dates) you have in mind
- What the event is — meeting, class, party, celebration
- A rough idea of numbers
- Whether you would like use of the kitchen
- Any access needs we should know about
If you’re writing to us for another reason — to volunteer, to share feedback, or to ask a question about the charity — just let us know in your message and we’ll pass it to the right trustee.
We aim to respond within a few days. Complex enquiries may take a little longer, as the hall is run entirely by volunteers alongside their day-to-day lives.
